The Project Space residency is a studio workspace for artists working in photography, book art, film and other media arts. The residency provides 20 artists per year the opportunity to experiment with new work or new display strategies, and to have discussions with critics, curators, and the community-at-large about works-in-progress.
Granville Carroll is a visual artist and Afrofuturist working with digital technology, poetry, and alternative processes to reshape the world. Granville earned his MFA from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020. He is currently based in Phoenix, AZ.
Hernease Davis is currently the Assistant Curator of Education and Public Programs at Visual Studies Workshop and spends her time between Rochester and Brooklyn, NY. Hernease earned her MFA from ICP-Bard College and widely exhibits multimedia installations throughout the U.S.
