Episode 1: What Does God Want with Me? with Stephanie Ham Rejoice Essential Network Videos

    • Christianity

What does God want with me? Have you ever wondered what would God want with someone like me or you? Or why am I here? What was I born to do? What is my purpose here on this earth? This has been a question that we all have asked ourselves and this story tells how God works in the lives of His people. If you think about it in some form or fashion in our lives, we have been disconnected from the Father we have been living alive doing basically what we wanted to do, not recognizing that there is a God who created mankind to live a life in His image.

2 Chronicle 7:14-15, "if my people are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked way, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sins and I will heal the land. 15 Now mine eyes shall be open, and mine ears attend unto the prayer that is made in this place."

What does God want with me? It causes us to do a self-examination because there are things people said bad about us. We have even said negative thoughts about ourselves. We have been rejected, used, abuse, and abandon. And God is calling us to repent of our sins, forgive ourselves and others, and allow Him to redeem us back to Jesus. There are women in the Bible that are examples of what God wants with us. I hope you enjoy the stories of Abigail, Rachel, Mary Magdalene, and Leah. I Pray that This word will encourage, and uplift your mind and soul to the things of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17
“Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
