Episode 10: Finals Week! (aka Worry and Overwhelm‪)‬ The Modern Young Adult

Do you feel too busy to get anything you want done? Or too worried to take any of the action necessary to getting the life you want? Well, I figured this would be as good as time as any to talk about how to accomplish something despite the worry and overwhelm, how to feel these emotions, and overcome these obstacles in achieving our goals. While I talk largely in the context of finals week, we all have a "finals" week of our own sometimes where we need as much help and motivation as we can get to overcome something daunting with confidence, rather than fear, and accept ourselves, despite that outcome that we typically might consider as "failure".
