The queen of female physiology: Dr. Stacy Sims joins me on the podcast to celebrate episode 100!!! I'm so excited for this one!

Stacy is a researcher, innovator, and entrepreneur in human performance, specifically sex differences in training, nutrition, and environmental conditions!

She is the author of ROAR - which I have on my desk, and the Co-founder of WILD AI.
