If we want sustainable results to show up in our lives, we need our brain, body and breath to be connected; As humans, we all gravitate towards growth and contribution, which means that we’re all high-performing individuals; Vulnerability does not equal weakness; in fact the mantra “I can be powerfully vulnerable” allows one to develop a deeper connection with those closest to them; Healthy living means growing every day in your physical, mental and emotional health.
