Episode 11: Acne's Effect On Mental Health & Self-Esteem Mood Unfiltered

    • Mental Health

What's up friends! Today the Mood team wanted to touch on an issue that is more commonly present than it is talked about amongst clinicians.

Acne has afflicted a lot of people with their skin on their face or other parts of their body. However, we wanted to focus on how it affects a person's emotional well-being. Tiffany & Richard share their take about how acne can have a huge toll on a person when they're young & how a nonjudgmental approach can allow others to feel more comfortable with themselves if they have acne.
