Due to her own health challenges (Multiple Sclerosis), Elizabeth was forced to find a way to improve her health and quality of life. This led her to get her degree in traditional naturopathy. Elizabeth is an author, inventor, speaker, and traditional naturopath. She is the director of Fight MS with Food. The Fight MS with Food project exists to explore the link between undiagnosed food and chemical sensitivities and multiple sclerosis.

Elizabeth is a traditional naturopath (Trinity School of Natural Health) with a nationwide virtual clinic empowering people to reclaim their health through natural protocols. Additionally, she is a Certified Nutritional Consultant (CNC, Trinity School of Natural Health), a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT, Oxford Biomedical Technologies MRT food sensitivity testing), and a Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP, Trinity School of Natural Health). Elizabeth is a member of the American Association of Nutritional Consultants (AANC). She earned her Bachelor of Arts at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine, and a Masters in Liberal Studies (MLS) from the University of Denver.
