A conversation around this topic felt really necessary to record after posting a survey on my instagram page that asked you guys about your thoughts on death, if there’s a present fear of it in your life, and how it effects you. To my surprise - there are so many of us who are struggling with a crippling anxiety around death. It was surprising to me because I for whatever reason have never had a fear of death or a fear of dying because of what I share in the podcast. I recorded this episode to hopefully help shed some positive light on a rather “heavy” topic and help pacify your fears of death and bring you to a state of peace and surrender.
