Integration is about creating a space of time to connect the physical experience you had with your heart and energy so that you can create true lasting transformation over time.


Integration can be as simple as taking a few moments to ask a few reflective questions, or it can be a deeper practice of moving your physical body to feel the experience in your body as well as your intellect.


On a deeper level, the act and practice of integration allows you to deepen your relationship to your life and to your spiritual practice.
