With close to 25 years sales experience in the technology arena, it may surprise you to learn that Ben Gaston’s primary focus is people. With a career that started with a brief stint in advertising sales before switching to the technology sector where he has built his reputation, Ben has always focussed on helping people achieve outcomes, whether those people are customers looking to achieve a goal or colleagues looking to develop themselves. Having worked across technology disciplines (software, telecommunications, print services, IT services) and some great companies, Ben has spent the last 15 years at Toshiba TEC UK, 11 of them in various leadership roles. Today he sits on their board as Sales Director, responsible for UK Sales & Marketing.


His focus on helping his profession shapes his wider professional life and he finds enormous pleasure in sharing insights through his advisory work with the Association of Professional Sales, participating in the Parliamentary Advisory Committee for Professional Sales and developing The Humble Sale, his growing subscriber website designed to provide heart-felt advice to the Sales Community. Of course, the people he most likes spending time with are Helen his wife and their two children, Evie and Henry.
