13. How I stopped being nervous for riding The Ride Life: Mountain Biking Ladies

    • Sports

Have you ever been nervous before a ride?

Like the unreasonable... why am I nervous ...type of feeling?

The feeling that stops you in your tracks a bit?

Or even if it is legitimate nerves??

I’m going to talk about why I get them sometimes

and

what I do to help process that out of my system.

(I’m no expert in this area and I know there are ladies that are more than me)

This is an important topic for a lot of us...

Esp those that are type A

Or when we get others thoughts in our brain that are negative...

Also don’t forget that The Ride Life Team is open right now... message me or join the Mtn Biking Ladies FB group if you want more info on it
