Chuck Welch a.k.a. Crackerjack Kid continues the conversation in Part 02 of his Senders Receive interview!

Crackerjack has spent the last twelve years archiving and organizing his mail art collection, for inclusion at the Smithsonian Museum's Archives of American Art. He has curated mail art exhibitions for various institutions, most recently the show "Postcards to Brattleboro: 40 Years of Mail Art" at the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center in Vermont. For Part 02 of his interview, we discuss what it’s like to open an exhibition on the brink of a pandemic, meeting other mail artists in person, and the effect of the early internet on mail art.
