Send us a text

During this episode of Steps to Change we explore the dynamics of having five different generations in the workplace.  We discuss the different drivers for each generation and explore how the various, and often untrue, stereotypes might hinder communication and collaboration between the generations.  We also share our insight and experience of designing and delivering content on the subject matter discussing ways to bridge the generational gap within the workplace through the lens of our Steps to Change model.  For this episode we’re joined by Tivarni James-Clarke, a Project and Design Partner at Steps from our UKE Region.
