I think and think and think until the point of exhaustion. It's almost like a never ending spiral and loop of thoughts but I fail to give myself the permission to really go ahead and do what brings me joy.

It’s definitely not because I’m not clear, it's primarily because i’m afraid to fail or get rejected.

Do you remember a time in your life when you stayed away from making a decision because you were too afraid of what the outcome would be. Most often than not our procrastination is not real procrastination, it's our inability to meet our fear head on.

It’s your subconscious blocks that fail to give you the permission to make those scary but necessary decisions.

It’s almost like the subconscious mind has it’s  grips so tight that it will not allow you to be free from your core limitations because it is frozen in time and has trust issues.
