Turning Your Passion into a Real Business with Todd Randall
Welcome to today’s episode where Todd Randall joins us. Todd is a Clinician, salesperson, sales manager, business development professional, ex-pat, marketer, small business owner, multiple business owner, company founder, business broker, board member, and a consultant turned coach.
After twenty years of being the model corporate employee, Todd Randall pulled the ripcord and opened his first business, only to find that being CEO meant longer hours with more stress than ever. His resume said he’d made it, yet he felt empty and dissatisfied. He set out to deliberately create a life with the flexibility and freedom that he’d hoped for by setting a ridiculous goal of learning to play polo and travel the world playing it. Despite failing frequently and comically, Todd now is a competitive polo player and travels the world playing the sport he loves.
No one is surprised more than he, and our interview shows his enthusiasm to help others achieve their freedom! For the record, Todd’s businesses today include a health club, a fencing construction business, a wholesale supply company, and a thriving coaching/consulting practice.
