John shares about his background as a football athlete, how he was able to overcome his rough injuries, and who he sees as a football model and inspiration today. In addition, John explains mindset work with strength training and performance at the gym, noting that in order to be physically strong you need to be mentally strong too. John also highlights the importance of not being too politically polarized nowadays, considering other people’s viewpoints, listening to what different individuals have to say, and the most important thing: respecting divergent opinions.
