In this episode, I chat with Danielle Arroyo. Danielle is a Horticultural Designer with Skillins Greenhouses, a southern Maine family business. She has been working with plants for 19 years. Danielle specializes in helping couples bring their wedding vision to life with flowers and foliage. She also loves helping people learn about the various ways to incorporate plants into their homes. Danielle identifies as a queer, polyamorous, mixed race, nature nerd, student of grief, who loves how all of those identities inform each other. When not working with plants and flowers, Danielle enjoys nature expeditions, making spore prints, learning about death culture, cooking, roller skating, and traveling.
