Thoughtful and Encouraging

Jennifer really understands her target audience and is striving to ensure that each episode sets Millennials up for success. I love how guests provide unique insights from their lives that are also easy for others to achieve. Millennials get a bad rap and Jennifer is ensuring that anyone who doesn't want to be hindered by a sterotype doesn't have to be.
