Many people take sleep for granted. The fact is, lots of important things happen when our bodies are sleeping. AND sleep is different from rest. 
Poor quality sleep and chronic sleep deprivation can  take a toll on your body, mind, and emotional health. Tune in to learn more about the importance of sleep, and how we can improve the quality of our sleep.  An Irish proverb puts it best:  “A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor’s book.”
