In this episode, I am joined by Caroline Bushnell.  She is the Director of Corporate Engagement at the Good Food Institute, an international nonprofit solely-focused on using markets and technology to make the global food system better for the planet, people, and animals.  Caroline is extremely well-versed on all facets of the quickly evolving ‘alternative protein’ industry as well as the goings-on and work of GFI.  She is an amazingly informed resource and her vantage makes for a one-of-a-kind interview.
