Lee and Paul Quinn College’s President Dr. Michael Sorrell discuss what great leadership looks like and why Paul Quinn College was the perfect place for Dr. Sorrell to thrive. Dr. Sorrell tells Lee about the first time he wanted to be a college president and the series of events leading up to his decision, 14 years ago, to lead an institution in need. Dr. Sorrell discusses his family and what he learned from different role models in his life.
