    • Business

With a variety of stressors impacting employees today, how can we rethink traditional mental healthcare and offer solutions that have a more sizable impact on employee mental health – all without increasing costs for employers? Headspace Health’s Chief Clinical Officer Dana Udall and Chief Commercial Officer Jodi Bryant discuss how leaders today can take a different approach to employee mental healthcare that can reduce the burden on benefits leaders and result in better engagement and health outcomes for employees.

Dr. Udall is Chief Clinical Officer at Headspace Health, where she oversees coaching, therapy, and psychiatry to ensure clinical excellence in a multidisciplinary, collaborative model. She was previously Chief Clinical Officer of Ginger, and has spent the last 25 years helping individuals and groups make positive and enduring changes in their lives. At the cornerstone of her work is her belief in the power of relationships to help people heal and grow. As a supervisor, administrator, and licensed Psychologist,  Dr. Udall has worked in a wide range of settings, including residential treatment centers, intensive outpatient programs, university counseling centers, and private practice.

Jodi Bryant is Chief Commercial Officer at Headspace Health, where she leads global enterprise sales, enablement, consultant relations and client success. Jodi is a seasoned employee benefits executive with nearly 30 years of experience leading commercial programs at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Putnam Investments, Mercer and Citistreet. Most recently Jodi served as President of Aetna’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) business. Prior to this role, she served the company’s Senior Vice President of Sales, Enablement and Consultant Relations, leading the successful integration of bswift, a full-service benefits administration partner, into the Aetna family of products.
