Welcome back for Episode 21! Today, I want to talk a little bit about thinking errors or cognitive distortions and the impact they can have on our day-to-day experience of the world. I took a list from the internet of 16 common thinking errors and we’ll explore what they entail. I will bet that you will recognize some of the common barriers to a more positive mindset. Stay tuned… this might be my version of Pokémon as I catch them all!
