I've coined that phrase because you always see him smiling and carrying conversations with students, staff, administration whoever. The guy just gets along so well with everyone. Today tico brings endless stories, many I'm sure we didn't even get to. Of course you will hear his stories from his playing days at BHS to playing college ball at William Paterson. There is also a good chance you will hear your name mention because like I said, Tico is everyone's favorite and he has built such a great rapport with all members of the Bayonne school community.
