Mary Ann is Vice President of Process Management with Prudential, focused on organizational design and operational compliance. With Prudential since 1997, in her first 16 years, she held several positions in Group Insurance. In September of 2013, she transitioned to the corporate Financial Management Project Management Office and began working on large organizational redesign and regulatory implementations. Mary Ann graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and minor in Cultural Studies from Bentley College in Waltham, MA, then completed her MBA in 2005 from the University of Phoenix.
Mary Ann is a member of The National Association for Female Executives and BDPA, is an INROADS Alumni, lifetime member of The National Black MBA Association, and a Leadership Newark Fellowship Alumni. She serves as the CFO for The Girls Action Network, a nonprofit that focuses on the empowerment of young women, as the executive vice chair of the board for United Way of Greater Newark and is COO for the Black Leadership Forum. She recently joined the Advisory Board for Apex Solutions Group LLC., a minority-owned business management consulting company.
