Matthew Gray has lived an uncommonly colorful and delicious life. He had an interest in food that started as a kid that ended up taking him on a wild ride to this day. He toured with The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, and Pink Floyd as a merchandiser and as a chef. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu in London for years before moving to Hawaii. That's when he started Hawaii Food Tours as a "social experiment" to feed, educate and entertain hungry travelers. He's turned the tour into a book, "My Ultimate Eaters Guide," for all the foodies visiting Hawaii. He's also learned through the years that food plays a role in how we emotionally cope and our overall wellness.
