Year End Review Mind the Gap - Awakening with Stephanie Filardi

In the last episode Stephanie shared a practice called Reflective Writing to use in the area of relationships. The intention was to help you uncover patterns, get to know ego...to be successful in relationships with others. 
 
As we close out 2019, Stephanie shares another practice, Year End Review, that she uses to look at the big picture.
 
There are 3 Parts to the Year End Review laid out in this episode:
 
1. Connection - This is about connecting to the deeper aspect of our self / higher self in a nurturing, supportive environment. 
 
2. Reflection - Based on Stephanie's book, Reclaiming Joy, Your 4 Step Guide to Happy, Healthy & Free, this is about reflecting on 4 key areas of life: health, relationships, career, life purpose.
She guides you to ask questions such as: what am I proud of this year? What was challenging? What am I grateful for?
 
3. Direction - Based on reflections, Stephanie asks you to choose at least one area to focus on. Ask yourself, what am I committed to creating in 2020 in this area of life? How about in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years? Meaning, what do you want / or want more of in your life? Love? Success? Peace?
 
Stephanie also talks about the importance of receiving support and having someone keep you accountable as you make these commitments. As you know, part of being human means at times we will veer off the path. 
 
You will want to get cozy and plan on 45-90 minutes. Take the time you need. You deserve it and your life is worth it.
 
Give YOUR life the time, energy, vision, and planning that you would give a vacation.
