Robin and Joan Shohet have been dedicated to supervision in the helping professions for more than 50 years. They are closely associated with the London-based Centre for Supervision and Team Development (CSTD), a well-established institution focused on supervision, teamwork and professional development. They have authored and co-authored numerous books on supervision - and, beyond their professional work, they also share a love of walking football.
