This week we're celebrating the work of Action for Happiness, and focusing on their Self-Care September.  Inspired by a previous podcast (Episode 22) Mark Smith and Helen Frewin discuss the idea of self care, and that it is not selfish.

Exploring practical tips to rest and relax, we dig deeper into the importance of restorative care.  After all, we're not robots or machines, we don't have batteries that can be recharged or software that can be instantly updated.  So let's reclaim a little of our humanity and remember what it is to be a Human Being - not a human doing.
