Judge Frison has spoken on a robust set of topics that elevate conversations around diversity in law. Some of her engagements include speaking for the Massachusetts Bar Association on “How To Identify Implicit Bias In Jury Selection Through Voir Dire”, and speaking on “Litigating Race” for the New England Innocence Project. Judge Frison has also spoken at the National LGBT Bar Lavender Law Conference on the different pathways to judgeship. A special thank you to Jeff Livingston for connecting us!
Somehow we fit tattooing, the Marine Corps, and Black womanhood into one conversation, diving into the critical stages in our lives that allowed us to cultivate persistent work ethics, solidify our mental fortitude, and learn to be confident in freely expressing ourselves.
