Episode 28: Jim Frawley / Bellwether Hub Run The Business

In this episode of ‘Run The Business,’ Ant is joined by the founder of a company which, in its own words, looks to “help individuals and organisations build resiliency, adapt to change and thrive”.
Jim Frawley from Bellwether Hub is a keen runner and has also competed in many triathlons, including Ironman. He’s spent time considering what hard endurance events have taught him about being in a dark place mentally, and how to get out of it by looking for what is going to get you to the finish, which he also applies to life and business. 
This episode explores how people adapt to change and how to break down tasks and goals into smaller chunks that are more manageable. Ant and Jim also discuss the influx of Artificial Intelligence in business and how it’s about to change the way businesses are run in the near-future.
