I grew up in one way of doing/being church. It was so "normal" that I never questioned it. It never occurred to me that the picture of "church" that existed in the minds of people in the New Testament (people like Jesus, Peter, Paul, etc.) was significantly different from what was in my mind. So, the paradigm shift from that old model for me wasn't easy and took some time. But, I'm now so excited to share what we are learning about the new paradigm! What church probably looked/felt like if we had gone (for instance) to the church that met at Priscilla and Aquila's home. (Rom. 16:4).
