Rachael is an Acupuncturist, Chinese herbalist and Chinese medicine extraordinaire.
When I met Rachael a couple of years ago, I was doing Reiki out of a sauna studio called Nimbus and Co in Bondi in Sydney, and she really introduced me to the power of Chinese medicine.
In this episode, we dive into the way that Chinese medicine views health, looking at the whole body.  How can we tune in and use the wisdom of the body and what it's telling us to signifying whether there are energy blocks or pathways that need to have the energy restored and flowing within the body to bring it to harmony.
