Growing up in a diverse household as well as in a white washed community, Ashley found it hard to embrace her Chinese side of who she is. Now that she is older, she looks back with more knowledge and pride of who she is now and where she is going in the future. Ashley shares the raw truth of her life growing up with identity issues and how she has healed from her traumas that have now strengthen her.
