Ms. Belinda Terro Mooney, LMSW, LDCD, is a licensed social worker and chemical dependency counselor. Belinda is a member of the National Association of Addiction Counselors. She is experienced in clinical and program management and has worked both in the inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency settings. Belinda is an entrepreneur who has owned her own business dedicated to training other professionals. Belinda is currently an Adjunct Professor of Human Services at Lone Star College in Montgomery, and has written several non-fiction texts, including this most recent workbook.
