On Fear Mind the Gap - Awakening with Stephanie Filardi

    • Spirituality

It’s so much more fun to play than to be afraid!

Fear. It’s all consuming, paralyzing, and something many of us face daily. We walk around in fight or flight.

Now with the “virus” — people are canceling their life out of fear. Clearly there is nothing wrong with taking precautions and being smart.

However, when choices are motivated by fear/scarcity (i.e. poverty mindset) instead of by love/abundance (i.e. prosperity mindset), we create more fear! Meaning, let’s focus on being healthy rather than getting sick.

In this episode Stephanie shares how to manage fear and still live our life. She uses the virus scare and the “ending” of a relationship to explain how fear gets activated and what to do to keep moving forward.

What’s amazing is that situations that trigger fear are wonderful learning opportunities... when we are willing to see them as such.

Exhale, let go, and listen up!
