She recently published The Fresh Eggs Daily Cookbook: Over 100 Fabulous Recipes to Use Eggs in Unexpected Ways, and her award winning lifestyle show, Welcome to My Farm will be airing nationwide on American Public Television this April. They chat about her memories of her grandparent’s chicken farm, her new cookbook, and her “eggspert” tips for cooking with eggs and raising chickens, and more!
