Welcome to the Be ENCOURAGED! podcast! You are tuning into episode # 37, "Let’s Discover Organizing".

It’s full on spring time and when I think of spring --- I want to open up my windows on a sunny day and let the breeze flow through my house.  But what happens when I do that --- I start to see all the places I have so nicely hid all the junk in my house and need to spring clean!

Last year there was certainly more time to organize and spring clean pockets of the house that I know need some TLC.  So that’s why I called on one of the best in the biz, to encourage us all to use solid strategies to empower us, when faced with the task of organizing a small space and a big space!

I love having meaningful conversations with people that encourage me to make healthy life changes and changes of the heart!

Jill is, the CEO of Discover Organizing based out in Pittsburg, PA.  You may have seen her on your local TV show for interviews or have seen her on Episode 2 of "Hoarders", where she was a guest professional organizer!

She weaves her seasoned experience as a Certified Professional Organizer and leadership, not only into this podcast, but in every area of her life. Also, an author of two incredible books, coming soon to a bookstore near you! (or Amazon!) 

In this conversation, I believe Jill wants to empower us all to be courageous, tenacious, and self-disciplined enough to truly simplify and improve our productivity, our time, and in any space we work or live in.
