Not expecting high performance is no longer an option. In the information age, mediocrity doesn't stand a chance and this means individuals, teams, leaders, and organisations need to deliberately focus towards improving their current status quo. This would mean aligning teams to conform to their high performance standards, working together to continuously develop themselves, overcoming their dysfunctions, and managing conflicts head-on.
