TMI is a "for the students, by the students" podcast hosted by the AOM Entrepreneurship Division, where students are able to ask questions and get to know faculty and others in the field.
We're officially onto Season 2! This season we focus on well-being, and there's no better way to start than with tips for general well-being and sleep. In this month's episode Ashley and Alex interview Jeff Gish, who talks about his research on sleep, how he tries to "practice what he preaches," and how PhD students can make sure they're taking care of their own well-being as well.
