Daniel is the CEO, where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's day to day operations, partnerships, and sales. He also maintains a roster of athletes, celebrities, and speakers who he represents and advises on all aspects of their careers.



Jake is the President of Engage. In addition to this role at Engage, he travels the country sharing his motivational and inspirational story about battling cancer and overcoming adversity early and often in his life. At 8 months old, Jake was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer, retinoblastoma. The disease claimed his left eye before he turned one and after twelve years of battling this cancer, he lost his right eye in 2009.



Daniel & Jake's worlds collided when they met as roommates in college, and as the saying goes, "the rest was history."
