Episode 47: Coverages in The Shade Front Systemizing Your Defense: Coaching Football

In Episode 47, I will go over the Coverages in The Shade Front.  I will discuss the coverages we use in our shade front. How we categorize our coverages by man, zone or combo.  I will also explain how a compare calling coverages as a defensive coordinator to calling pitches as a pitcher or catcher in baseball.  We will review our zone coverage, cover 3, and our combo coverage, cover 5, and get into detail our man coverages. We will also cover how our linebackers man up the back and rush the quarterback vs pass. When the episode is over you will know the coverages we use in our shade front, how we run them and why we call them.
