Take some time out and meditate on Psalms 121 &  Psalms 91.   
Examine your life and see if there are any cracks in your foundation.  I want to encourage you to carve out some time to shut out all the noise.  Listen to what God is speaking to your heart!   Find your secret place in Jesus and dwell there with Him.
