1. Clear expectations- What will you need to do due diligence/criteria? Let’s qualify the buyer and

2. Track record - What projects have you closed, do you have financing plan setup, what is your

business plan? Exit strategy? 

3. Communication – What’s your structure, will you be syndicating?

4. Be willing to pay up Front- Time/underwriting-go through example and spend the time
