So imagine our absolute joy when we came across Freddie Hayes's Potatohead at this year's EdFringe Festival. Because yes, this is what we'e been calling out for, this is Faustus, told by potatoes, with the help of other potato based foods. And as Freddie is now taking the show on a little tour of the country, we couldn't resist asking her along for a chat.
