Ever wonder why as entrepreneurs we put in 100 hours a week compared to your average working employee that only puts in 40 and calls that a loooonnnng week?
Passion, drive, and knowing WHY keeps us apart from Corporate America. This week we have an amazing individual that has been an entrepreneur a majority of his life. He has been a real estate investor since 2002. He’s active in various real estate meet-up groups and attends conferences regularly. He’s a personal student of Brad Sumrok, who’s group closed $513 million in real estate in 2018. He is also Real Estate Financial Modeling Certified.
He is an experienced and successful business operator. He founded Arc in 2001 and grew the company to over $12 million in revenue and over 700 employees while positively affecting over 9,000 students daily throughout Southern California. He established a constant improvement model in an ever-changing environment.
He is also a founding and active board member of CORE Educational Services, a Los Angeles based non-profit benefiting under-served youth. Before that, Gary produced three feature films.
He graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, and is an alumnus of the Southern California Leadership Network and joined Vistage in 2013, an executive coaching organization.
