He specializes in overseeing the development and delivery of innovative solutions for the outdoor services marketplace. Alberto has extensive experience leading distributed teams across time zones and around the world.

Additionally, he has also written a book titled “Building and Managing High-Performance Distributed Teams: Navigating the Future of Work” published in May 2021, where he shares insights and best practices on creating a strong distributed culture.
