After spending over eight years in the corporate world of senior HR/operations management Matt found himself climbing the wrong ladder, burnt out both physically and mentally ignoring his own values on prioritising his own health and wellbeing.
"A former competitive athlete focusing on my own health to be at its best was my number one focus. Then came the expectations of professional working life and the 50/60hr weeks to climb to whatever I defined as success."

This led Matt to create "Designed by you" to unlock the potential of well-being to allow everyone to thrive both professionally and personally. This workplace well-being company is changing the culture of our workplaces.
