The RockTape Podcast is back!!! Karl Sterling is a neuro-rehabilitation specialist and NASM Master Trainer based in Syracuse, New York, and is the creator of the Parkinson's Regeneration Training ® education program. After 35 years of working as a musician (drummer) as his primary job, he decided to enter the health and wellness industry with the goal of helping people to live an improved quality of life. While his extensive experience as a trainer includes working with a variety of populations, he primarily specializes in working with clients who have movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, MSA (Multiple System Atrophy), MS, Charcot-Marie-Tooth, Alzheimer's, Epilepsy, Autism, and more.
