Today, Sara Best, Registered Holistic Nutritionist is coming to the show. We are going to chat about how you can curb cravings to support your recovery post birth, but also to help with your weight loss journey if that’s what you’re looking for.

Sara is known to many as ”the Nutritionist who never talks about food,” and she has worked with women around the world through her popular Change Your Brain - Change Your Body program to help them reprogram and rewire the way their brains think about food.

She uses techniques such as meditation, mindfulness, visualization, thought reframing and habit mapping. She helps her clients master brain-based tools that allow them to finally stay consistent with healthy eating habits and self care.

Sara is also the author of the book, Turning Off the Tap: Overcoming the Real Reasons we Overeat and the founder of the Consistency Coach School.
